Peak Performance has been around since last century! Established by Linley Watson and Deborah Truter in Auckland, New Zealand in 1999, Peak Performance grew quickly to fulfill a market need for training and organisational culture development that centred around the customer.
A large project with a major Australian bank was the catalyst to moving head office to Melbourne in 2004. Proud of our antipodean roots, we are an Australasian people and culture consultancy with team members in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, partners in New Zealand, the U.K. and the U.S. and a wide network of professional consultants across the globe.
