Geoff has experience as a general manager, business advisor and people leadership specialist, within Australia, Asia and the USA. Deb is a senior instructional designer, facilitator and coach who is highly skilled in all aspects of learning and development. Her focus extends beyond the classroom, incorporating activities and tools aimed at positively impacting business results. She works closely with leaders to get the best out of their people and to encourage transference of learning back into the workplace.


Barb is a collaborative and commercially focused HR, organisation development and change consultant with senior HR business partner, learning strategy and delivery, project management and career management experience.


Andrew is an internationally experienced business consultant focused on organisation effectiveness. For 30 years he has consulted to major corporations across the Asia Pacific region to design and implement a wide range of organisational development initiatives. Expertise includes: Culture and Change Management, Talent, Succession, Leadership, Strategic Planning, LEAN 6 Sigma Black Belt and Executive Coaching.


Louise helps team members grow their leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, designing and delivering workshops. Her strengths are described as direct, creative, authentic, focused, inclusive and respectful.


Melissa has more than 25 years leading corporate communications for blue chip companies. Originally trained as a journalist, Melissa’s expertise covers all corporate affairs disciplines including internal and external communications, social media, CSR and crisis communication. She specialises in advising boards and executive teams on all aspects of reputation and brand, with a particular focus on developing strategic narratives and communications to support business transformation and cultural change.
