LINLEY WATSON

As co-founder and CEO of Peak Performance International (PPI), Linley energises her organisation's purpose to "connect people and ideas to unlock potential, inspire peak performance and facilitate growth." 

She is an authority on merger and acquisition (M&A) culture integration and author of the book “Avoiding the M&A Failure Club (What the numbers don’t reveal)”. 

As well as leading the team of peak performers, Linley's expertise lies in understanding business challenges and creating learning solutions to help address them, building long term client relationships, assessing and developing organisational culture and coaching and mentoring executives.

Originally trained as a journalist, Melissa’s expertise covers all corporate affairs disciplines including internal and external communications, social media, CSR and crisis communication. She specialises in advising boards and executive teams on all aspects of reputation and brand, with a particular focus on developing strategic narratives and communications to support business transformation and cultural change.

Paul brings a unique blend of business nous, learning and development experience and therapeutic expertise to create transformative learning experiences. He has extensive qualifications and professional accreditations in neuro linguistic programming (NLP), coaching, profiling tools, and training and assessment as well as various remedial therapies.
