Linley Watson Peak Performance

As co-founder and CEO of Peak Performance International (PPI), Linley energises her organisation's purpose to "connect people and ideas to unlock potential, inspire peak performance and accelerate growth." 

Linley builds relationships that create value for team members, clients and partners. Her strength lies in understanding each client's unique business challenges and bringing the right people and tools together to solve them. Linley has a special interest in assessing and developing organisational culture. She is an authority on merger and acquisition (M&A) culture integration and the author of  “Avoiding the M&A Failure Club (What the numbers don’t reveal)”.  Linley is also a sought-after executive coach and mentor.

Deborah Truter

Co-founder of Peak Performance International, Deborah is a customer-centric culture change specialist.  Rated as a top-notch change leader and highly engaging facilitator, Deborah designs, develops and delivers customised learning and development and culture change initiatives for significant organisations. Her workshops have benefited tens of thousands of people in sales, service and leadership roles.

Rosemary Fisher

Rosemary is a strategist, communications and customer experience specialist who works with senior executives to develop businesses, develop people and launch significant initiatives. She is skilled at improving team performance, facilitating change and driving cultures of innovation.

Melissa Le Mesurier

Melissa has more than 25 years leading corporate communications for blue chip companies. Originally trained as a journalist, Melissa’s expertise covers all corporate affairs disciplines including internal and external communications, social media, CSR and crisis communication. She specialises in advising boards and executive teams on all aspects of reputation and brand, with a particular focus on developing strategic narratives and communications to support business transformation and cultural change.

Her focus extends beyond the classroom, incorporating activities and tools aimed at positively impacting business results. She works closely with leaders to get the best out of their people and to encourage transference of learning back into the workplace.
